Located just east of Parkland’s main campus and adjacent to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit commuter rail station, this six-story clinic and office building houses offices, exam rooms, MRI testing spaces, and the Moody Center for Breast Health. The cast-in-place concrete structure uses ground-level transfer girders to eliminate columns and create an unobstructed-view auditorium. The project also consolidated previously scattered administrative offices onto the upper levels to centralize operations. Exposed round structural columns and polished concrete corridors define the interior design, while a covered walkway connects the Moody Clinic to the DART station and nearby main campus.
