Serving as tribute to the image of a top-tier law school, the John M. O’Quinn Law Building at the University of Houston is a striking five-story, 125,000-square-foot facility that embodies the prestige of justice and scholarship. The limestone base and metal-clad upper frame sweep views of downtown and the campus, while also forming exterior canopies and interior gathering niches that foster student interaction. The Commons at The Terrace acts as a central hub featuring a café, garden terrace access, and open sightlines to the law library above. Designed for both academic rigor and community, the building includes flexible classrooms, breakout spaces, a mock courtroom, legal clinics, and dedicated areas for advocacy and career services.
