The Sarah M. & Charles E. Seay Building addition creates a more centrally located research space for the Department of Psychology and the College of Liberal Arts (COLA) at the University of Texas. To support the various forms of research being performed, the facility features dry labs, computational research labs, office space, and conference areas all designed to encourage collaboration. Since the addition footprint extends over an existing UT utility tunnel, a second level below grade “tunnel chamber” was also constructed providing access to the main tunnel.
